About The Position

This is a travel assignment for a Registered Nurse in an outpatient procedure unit located in Lodi, California. The assignment is for 13 weeks, starting on 08/31/2026, with guaranteed hours of 36 per week and a shift of 5x8 days. The role supports an outpatient procedure unit within a Short Term Acute Care Hospital, with opportunities to work across perioperative, PACU, or endoscopy services. The assignment is managed by Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice (California or as required by the assignment)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification from an approved vendor
• At least two years of recent experience in the field
• Ability to work in an outpatient procedure unit (perioperative, PACU, or endoscopy settings)

Nice To Haves

• BSN preferred
• Acute care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients per established standards and the nursing process
• Collect relevant data, analyze assessment information, and identify care needs
• Develop and implement a care plan with prescribed interventions to achieve outcomes
• Coordinate care delivery across disciplines and supervise/direct activities of nursing staff as assigned
• Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care and provide patient/family education
• Delegate appropriately and support learning opportunities for patients, families, and team members
