About The Position

This is a travel Registered Nurse Med Surg travel assignment in Nashua, NH, for 13 weeks, starting on 09/21/2026. The role offers a weekly pay range of $2,180 to $2,228 with guaranteed 36 hours per week, working 3x12-hour Day shifts. The hospital setting requires the nurse to float to Med/Surg, Rehab, and Geriatric Psychiatry units as needed. Orientation is unpaid and up to 16 hours.

Requirements

• Current New Hampshire RN license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Basic Dysrhythmia knowledge or course completed prior to orientation
• Ability to work in a hospital setting and float to Med/Surg, Rehab, and Geriatric Psychiatry units

Nice To Haves

• Graduate of an approved nursing program
• Telemetry experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to patients on the assigned unit, following provider orders and care plans.
• Document care plans and patient progress comprehensively each shift.
• Communicate patient information for continuity and safe care via bedside shift reports, multidisciplinary rounds, and hourly rounding (AIDET).
• Maintain patient safety and participate in unit-based safety activities, including daily huddles and quality improvement efforts.
• Support evidence-based practice, participate in performance improvement initiatives, and serve as a preceptor for new nurses when needed.
• Collaborate with nurses from other units and with the broader care team to promote safe, high-quality patient outcomes.
