About The Position

This is a 13-week travel assignment for a Registered Nurse specializing in Medical-Surgical Telemetry in a hospital setting in Nashua, NH. The role guarantees 36 hours per week with a 3x12 night shift schedule. The position focuses on inpatient Med/Surg tele duties within an acute care environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• Active RN license in New Hampshire or Compact License
• BLS required
• ACLS required
• 3 years of nursing experience preferred with strong Med Surg/Tele skills
• Demonstrated experience in MS/Tele on inpatient floors
• Ability to work the listed shift in a hospital setting

Responsibilities

• Assess patients on admission using interview techniques to obtain medical history, current status, vital signs, labs, imaging, and other tests
• Develop and implement a written care plan under physician direction
• Administer medications and monitor for therapeutic and adverse effects
• Perform ongoing patient assessments and adjust care plans accordingly
• Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, evidence-based care and timely documentation
• Maintain accurate nursing records, communicate effectively with patients and families, and ensure patient safety throughout the shift
