About The Position

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Ohio
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• Minimum 1 year of Med/Surg or Tele nursing experience (1–2 years preferred)
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and rotating day/night schedules
• Active RN credential
• Eligibility for travel assignments and ability to practice in a Med/Surg/Tele setting

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for Med/Surg patients requiring Med/Surg or Tele level of care
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and perform routine procedures per protocol
• Conduct ongoing assessments, document in the medical record, and communicate changes to the care team
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and case managers to support care planning and coordination
• Ensure patient safety, perform routine nursing tasks, wound care, and discharge planning education
• Respond to patient status changes and participate in code/rapid response protocols as required
