About The Position

The position offers a weekly pay range of $2,192–$2,243 with guaranteed 36 hours per week, working three 12-hour day shifts.

Requirements

Current RN license in the state of practice
Graduate of an approved nursing program
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
At least two years of recent acute care RN experience
EPIC (Epic EMR) experience
Ability to work in a hospital setting and adapt to unit workflow

Responsibilities

Provide professional nursing care to geriatric patients through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Coordinate, implement, and delegate patient care; communicate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
Administer medications and monitor patient responses; document accurately per policy, respecting patient rights.
Monitor patient status, review data, identify abnormal findings, and report promptly to the appropriate person.
Recognize and respond to signs of cardiac, respiratory, or other emergencies; participate in emergency procedures and infection control practices.
Facilitate discharge planning and patient education; support patients, families, and the care team as needed.
