About The Position

This is a travel Registered Nurse assignment in Sonora, CA, focusing on the emergency department. Requirements

Active Registered Nurse license in California.
Current BLS certification.
ACLS and PALS required (AHA or ARC equivalents accepted).
At least two years of recent ER or acute care experience.
Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital/acute care setting.
Vaccination policy compliance as applicable.

Responsibilities

Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned patient group according to established standards and the nursing process.
Collect relevant data, analyze assessment information, and develop plans to achieve expected outcomes.
Implement plans, coordinate care delivery, and promote a safe, healing environment through collaboration with the treatment team.
Supervise and direct activities of various levels of nursing staff; delegate appropriately and coordinate duties.
Participate in discharge planning and provide education to patients, families, and the care team.
Communicate and collaborate with patients, families, and other healthcare disciplines to ensure quality, continuity of care.
