About The Position

Registered Nurse – ER travel assignment in Reedley, CA. Start date 09/21/2026 for a 13-week contract. Weekly pay range $2,074–$2,103 per week. Guaranteed hours: not guaranteed. Shift: Nights, 12-hour shifts (3x12). This travel assignment involves a ED/ER care focus in a hospital setting, with duties aligned to standard nursing processes and patient care coordination.

Requirements

Active RN license to practice in California
ER/ED nursing experience preferred (1 year or more)
Graduation from an accredited nursing program (ASN or BSN)
BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred
Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and adapt to travel assignment schedules
Eligible to work in the United States and able to start on 09/21/2026

Nice To Haves

ER/ED nursing experience preferred (1 year or more)
ACLS certification preferred

Responsibilities

Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group in the ED according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
Monitor patient conditions, administer medications and treatments per orders, and document care accurately.
Triage and perform focused assessments to identify changes in patient status; respond promptly to deteriorations.
Collaborate with physicians, ancillary staff, and other disciplines to coordinate patient care and discharge planning.
Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; exercise professional and supervisory judgment as needed.
