About The Position

Registered Nurse – ER travel assignment in Tuba City, AZ, starting 10/05/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $2,119 to $2,211 per week, with 36 guaranteed hours. Shift is 3x12 nights (18:30–07:00) in an ambulatory surgery center setting. Travel employment type; orientation and housing options are part of the assignment.

Requirements

• Active RN license in any U.S. state (Arizona RN license not required)
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• NRP, TNCC, and ENPC certifications required within 12 months of hire
• NIHSS/NIH Stroke Scale completed within 6 months of hire; ESI Level 5 certification within 3 months of hire
• Patient Sitter Competency Training required upon hire
• Ability to work the 3x12 night shift in a travel ER setting

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, patient-centered care in the ER for patients of all ages
• Perform triage, initial assessment, continuous monitoring, and timely interventions per physician orders
• Administer medications, IV therapy, wound care, and other procedures appropriate to ED care
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and ancillary staff; document clearly in the medical record
• Maintain patient safety, infection control, and comfort; respond to emergencies and initiate life-saving interventions as needed
• Prepare patients and families for procedures, explain care plans, and support discharge planning and patient education
