About The Position

This is a 13-week travel assignment for a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room (ER) located in Nashua, NH. The role involves delivering direct and indirect patient care under physician direction within an emergency department setting. The assignment offers 36 guaranteed hours per week, with shifts consisting of three 12-hour night shifts (7:00 pm–7:00 am).

Requirements

• Active New Hampshire RN license or eligibility to obtain NH RN license.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS required.
• Ability to work in an emergency department/acute-care setting within a healthcare facility.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Clinical experience preferred.
• ER exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial patient assessments on admission, obtaining history, vital signs, and relevant diagnostics.
• Develop and implement a written care plan under physician direction.
• Administer medications, monitor effects, and ensure patient safety.
• Document care in the electronic health record; maintain patient confidentiality.
• Collaborate with the care team and communicate with patients and families.
• Support discharge planning and patient education.
