About The Position

Spring Oak Senior Living at Warrenton is seeking a caring, dependable, and qualified Registered Medication Aide (RMA) for a full-time evening role in its assisted living community. The community has 35 apartments and 41 licensed beds, offering an intimate setting where team members can build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and coworkers. The role focuses on safe medication assistance and compassionate, resident-centered support that promotes residents’ dignity, independence, life, and wellness. The scheduled shift is 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Requirements

• Current Registered Medication Aide (RMA) certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in assisted living or senior living is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with state regulations and physician orders.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity and independence.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and promptly report concerns to the nursing team.
• Maintain accurate documentation of medication administration and resident care.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Help create a positive, welcoming environment where residents feel valued and cared for.
