Requirements

  • Active RBT certification with the BACB.
  • Prior ABA experience.
  • Availability schedule confirmed with the placement team.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Able to stay active and engaged in session.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver 97153 direct therapy to a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan.
  • Collect session data and submit notes.
  • Participate in QA and IOA checks in session.
  • Engage in supervision, observation, and feedback sessions.
  • Attend training and required meetings.
