About The Position

Step Ahead ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician for a single client case in Indianapolis, Indiana. The schedule is Monday-Friday mornings, with exact session times from 10 am to 3 pm during the summer. A BCBA is already assigned to this client and will provide a treatment plan and a handoff before the first session. Step Ahead ABA supports families on Medicaid across Indiana and aims to keep therapy plans open by providing dedicated care managers and schedules built around the client's needs, family availability, and the RBT's availability, rather than a corporate hours target. The RBT will deliver direct therapy according to the treatment plan and behavior intervention plan. Supervision includes in-session QA and IOA checks, observation, and feedback. The role requires collecting session data and submitting notes. Non-billable time is paid at $10 per hour. The BCBAs and clinical directors have over 40 years of combined experience.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification with the BACB.
• Prior ABA experience.
• Availability Mon–Fri mornings.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to stay active and engaged in session.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy to a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan.
• Collect session data and submit notes.
• Participate in in-session QA and IOA checks, observation, and feedback.
• Engage actively in sessions with the client.
