About The Position

Step Ahead ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a specific client case in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role involves delivering direct therapy based on a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan developed by a BCBA. The position offers real supervision with in-session checks, observations, and feedback. Responsibilities include collecting session data and submitting notes. Non-billable time, such as training and required meetings, is compensated. The company emphasizes supporting families on Medicaid and building schedules around the client's clinical needs, family availability, and the RBT's availability, rather than corporate hour targets.

Requirements

  • Active RBT certification with the BACB.
  • Prior ABA experience.
  • Availability Mon–Fri middays, about 22.8 hours per week.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Able to stay active and engaged in session.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver 97153 direct therapy to a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan.
  • Collect session data and submit notes.
  • Participate in QA and IOA checks in session, observation, and feedback.
  • Attend training and required meetings.
