About The Position

Step Ahead ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a single client case in Jeffersonville, Indiana. The schedule is Monday-Friday from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM, totaling approximately 20 hours per week. This role involves delivering direct therapy based on a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan developed by an assigned BCBA. The company emphasizes real supervision with in-session checks, observations, and feedback. RBTs are responsible for collecting session data and submitting notes. Step Ahead ABA supports families on Medicaid and aims to keep therapy plans open by providing dedicated care managers and flexible scheduling around the client's needs, family availability, and the RBT's availability, rather than corporate hour targets.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification with the BACB.
• Prior ABA experience.
• Availability Mon–Fri middays, about 20 hours per week (12:00 PM - 4:00 PM).
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to stay active and engaged in session.

• Support to obtain RBT certification is offered for those not yet certified.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy to a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan.
• Collect session data and submit notes.
• Participate in QA and IOA checks in session, observation, and feedback.
• Engage actively in sessions with the client.
