About The Position

Step Ahead ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a single client case in North Liberty, Indiana. The schedule is Monday through Friday afternoons, approximately 20 hours per week, with exact session times from 3pm to 7pm. A BCBA is already assigned to the client and will provide a treatment plan and a handoff before the first session. Step Ahead ABA supports families on Medicaid across Indiana and focuses on keeping therapy plans open by offering dedicated care managers and schedules built around the client's needs, family availability, and the RBT's availability, rather than corporate hour targets.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification with the BACB.
• Prior ABA experience.
• Availability Mon–Fri afternoons, about 20 hours per week.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to stay active and engaged in session.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy to a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan.
• Collect session data and submit notes for the work performed.
• Participate in QA and IOA checks in session, observation, and feedback.
• Attend training and required meetings.
