About The Position

Step Ahead ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a single client case in Indianapolis, Indiana. The schedule is Monday-Friday afternoons, approximately 25 hours per week, with exact session times from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. This role involves delivering direct therapy based on a treatment plan developed by a BCBA, collecting session data, and submitting notes. Supervision is provided through in-session checks, observations, and feedback. The company emphasizes supporting families on Medicaid and ensuring schedules are built around client needs, family availability, and the RBT's availability, rather than corporate hour targets.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification with the BACB.
• Prior ABA experience.
• Availability Mon–Fri afternoons, about 25 hours per week.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to stay active and engaged in session.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy to a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan.
• Collect session data and submit notes.
• Participate in real supervision, including QA and IOA checks, observation, and feedback.
