About The Position

Step Ahead ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician for a single client case in Indianapolis, Indiana. This part-time position offers approximately 15 hours per week, primarily during weekday mornings. The schedule is fixed and tailored to the client's needs, with specific session times provided for both summer and school year periods. This role involves delivering direct therapy based on a treatment plan developed by an assigned BCBA, who also provides hands-on supervision and feedback. Responsibilities include collecting session data and submitting notes. Non-billable time, such as training and meetings, is compensated. The company emphasizes a supportive environment for families receiving Medicaid services and prioritizes filling new cases with existing RBTs.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification with the BACB.
• Prior ABA experience.
• Availability Mon–Fri mornings, about 15 hours per week.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to stay active and engaged in session.

• Support to obtain RBT certification is offered for those not yet certified.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy to a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan.
• Collect session data and submit notes.
• Participate in real supervision, including QA and IOA checks, observation, and feedback.
• Attend training and required meetings.
