About The Position

Step Ahead ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician for one client in Frankfort, Indiana. This is a part-time position with a schedule of Monday-Friday, approximately 15 hours per week. The exact session times are Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 11:00 am (In-Home - Summer) and Monday - Friday 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm (School). A BCBA is already assigned to this client and will provide a treatment plan and handoff before the first session. Step Ahead ABA supports families on Medicaid across Indiana and focuses on keeping therapy plans open by providing a dedicated care manager and schedules built around the client's needs, family availability, and the RBT's availability, not corporate hour targets.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification with the BACB.
• Prior ABA experience.
• Availability Mon–Fri, about 15 hours per week.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to stay active and engaged in session.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy to a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan written by the BCBA.
• Collect session data and submit notes for the work performed.
• Participate in real supervision, including QA and IOA checks in session, observation, and feedback.
