About The Position

Step Ahead ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician for a single client case in Westfield, Indiana. The schedule is fixed: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 10 AM to 1 PM, totaling approximately 12 hours per week. This role involves delivering direct therapy based on a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan developed by an assigned BCBA. The company emphasizes real supervision, data collection, and paid non-billable time. Step Ahead ABA is committed to providing therapy to families on Medicaid and ensuring continuity of care.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification with the BACB.
• Prior ABA experience.
• Availability Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri middays, about 12 hours per week (10 AM - 1 PM).
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to stay active and engaged in session.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy to a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan.
• Collect session data and submit notes.
• Participate in QA and IOA checks in session, observation, and feedback.
• Attend training and required meetings.
