About The Position

Step Ahead ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a single client case in New Castle, Indiana. This position involves delivering direct therapy based on a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan developed by a BCBA. The role includes collecting session data, submitting notes, and receiving real supervision with in-session checks, observations, and feedback. The company emphasizes supporting families on Medicaid and building schedules around client needs, family availability, and the RBT's availability, rather than corporate hour targets.

Requirements

  • Active RBT certification with the BACB.
  • Prior ABA experience.
  • Availability Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri afternoons, about 8 hours per week.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Able to stay active and engaged in session.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver 97153 direct therapy to a client based on a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan.
  • Collect session data and submit notes for work performed.
  • Participate in QA and IOA checks in session, observations, and feedback sessions.
  • Communicate with BCBAs and clinical directors.
