About The Position

Step Ahead ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a specific client case in Omaha, Nebraska. This role involves delivering direct therapy based on a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan developed by a BCBA. The position offers real supervision with in-session checks, observations, and feedback. The RBT will be responsible for collecting session data and submitting notes. The company emphasizes supporting families on Medicaid and ensuring therapy continuity.

Requirements

  • Active RBT certification with the BACB.
  • Prior ABA experience.
  • Availability Mon/Tue/Wed/Thu afternoons, about 12 hours per week.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Able to stay active and engaged in session.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver 97153 direct therapy to a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan.
  • Collect session data and submit notes.
  • Participate in QA and IOA checks in session, observation, and feedback.
  • Work with a dedicated care manager and a schedule built around the client's needs, family availability, and your own.
