About The Position

Step Ahead ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a single client case in Otterbein, Indiana. This position offers a consistent schedule of Monday through Thursday mornings, approximately 32 hours per week, with exact session times from 7:45 AM to 3:45 PM during school hours. A BCBA is already assigned to the client and will provide a treatment plan and a thorough handoff before the first session. Current RBTs are given priority for new cases. Step Ahead ABA is committed to providing therapy to autistic children and their families, regardless of income, and supports families on Medicaid across Indiana. They focus on keeping therapy plans open by offering dedicated care managers and schedules that accommodate the client's clinical needs, the family's availability, and the RBT's schedule, rather than corporate hour targets.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification with the BACB.
• Prior ABA experience.
• Availability Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday mornings, about 32 hours per week.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to stay active and engaged in session.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy according to a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan.
• Collect session data and submit notes for completed work.
• Participate in supervision, including QA and IOA checks, observation, and feedback.
