About The Position

Step Ahead ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a specific client case in Lincoln, Nebraska. This role involves delivering direct therapy based on a treatment plan developed by a BCBA. The position offers real supervision with in-session checks, observations, and feedback. You will be responsible for collecting session data and submitting notes. The company emphasizes supporting families on Medicaid and building schedules around client needs, family availability, and your own availability, rather than corporate hour targets.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification with the BACB.
• Prior ABA experience.
• Availability Mon/Tue/Wed/Thu mornings, about 9.5 hours per week.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to stay active and engaged in session.
• Conversational Spanish is required for this case.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy to a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan.
• Collect session data.
• Submit notes for the work performed.
