About The Position

Step Ahead ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a single client case in Kokomo, Indiana. The schedule is Tuesday through Friday mornings, approximately 28 hours per week. This role involves delivering direct therapy based on a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan developed by a BCBA. The company emphasizes providing therapy to families on Medicaid and ensuring schedules are built around the client's needs, family availability, and the RBT's availability, rather than a corporate hours target. Supervision is described as hands-on, with in-session checks, observations, and feedback. RBTs are responsible for collecting session data and submitting notes, with non-billable time compensated.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification with the BACB.
• Prior ABA experience.
• Availability Tue/Wed/Thu/Fri mornings, about 28 hours per week.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to stay active and engaged in session.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy to a client based on a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan.
• Collect session data and submit notes for work performed.
• Participate in supervision, including QA and IOA checks, observation, and feedback.
