About The Position

Step Ahead ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician for a single client case in Austin, Indiana. The schedule is Monday-Friday mornings, approximately 20 hours per week, with exact session times from 8am-12pm and 12:30pm-3:30pm. A BCBA is already assigned to this client and will provide a treatment plan and a handoff before the first session. Current RBTs are given priority for new cases. Step Ahead ABA supports families on Medicaid across Indiana and ensures dedicated care managers and schedules built around the client's needs, family availability, and the RBT's availability, not a corporate hours target.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification with the BACB.
• Prior ABA experience.
• Availability Mon–Fri mornings, about 20 hours per week.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to stay active and engaged in session.

Nice To Haves

• Pathway to BCBA supervision and certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy to a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan written by the BCBA.
• Participate in real supervision, including QA and IOA checks in session, observation, and feedback.
• Collect session data and submit notes for the work performed.
• Attend training and required meetings.
