About The Position

Step Ahead ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician for one client in Demotte, Indiana. The schedule is Monday–Friday mornings, approximately 30 hours per week, with exact session times from 9 am to 3 pm. Conversational Spanish is required for this case. A BCBA is already assigned to this client and covers this region, providing a treatment plan and a handoff before the first session. Current RBTs are given priority for new cases. Step Ahead ABA supports families on Medicaid across Indiana, ensuring access to therapy regardless of income. Each family receives a dedicated care manager and a schedule tailored to the client's needs, family's availability, and the RBT's availability, not dictated by a corporate hours target.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification with the BACB.
• Prior ABA experience.
• Availability Mon–Fri mornings, about 30 hours per week.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Conversational Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy to a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan written by the BCBA.
• Collect session data and submit notes for the work performed.
• Participate in QA and IOA checks in session, observation, and feedback.
• Stay active and engaged in session.
