About The Position

Step Ahead ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician for a single client case in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The schedule is confirmed with our placement team and reflects the actual hours for this specific client. A BCBA is already assigned to this client and will provide a treatment plan and handoff before the first session. Current RBTs are given priority for new cases. Step Ahead ABA supports families on Medicaid across Indiana and ensures therapy plans remain open. Each family receives a dedicated care manager and a schedule tailored to their availability, client needs, and the RBT's schedule, rather than a corporate hours target. The role involves delivering direct therapy (97153) according to a treatment and behavior intervention plan. Supervision includes QA and IOA checks, observation, and feedback. RBTs collect session data and submit notes. Non-billable time is paid at $10 per hour. The clinical team has over 40 years of combined ABA experience.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification with the BACB.
• Prior ABA experience.
• Availability schedule confirmed with our placement team.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to stay active and engaged in session.

Responsibilities
