About The Position

Step Ahead ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a part-time position serving a single client in Omaha, Nebraska. This role involves delivering direct therapy based on a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan developed by an assigned BCBA. The position offers real supervision with in-session checks, observations, and feedback, along with paid non-billable time for training and meetings. The company emphasizes supporting families on Medicaid and ensuring continuity of care. The clinical team brings over 40 years of combined ABA experience.

Requirements

  • Active RBT certification with the BACB.
  • Prior ABA experience.
  • Availability schedule confirmed with the placement team.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Able to stay active and engaged in session.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver 97153 direct therapy to a client based on a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan.
  • Collect session data and submit notes for completed work.
  • Participate in QA and IOA checks, observations, and feedback sessions.
  • Engage actively in client sessions.
