About The Position

Step Ahead ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician for a single client case in Falls Church, Virginia. The schedule is confirmed with the placement team and reflects the actual hours for this specific client. A BCBA is already assigned to this client and provides a treatment plan and handoff before the first session. Current RBTs are given priority for new cases. Step Ahead ABA is committed to providing therapy to families on Medicaid across Virginia and ensures dedicated care managers and schedules built around the client's needs, not corporate hour targets. The role involves delivering direct therapy (97153) based on a treatment and behavior intervention plan, collecting session data, and submitting notes. Supervision includes in-session QA and IOA checks, observation, and feedback. Non-billable time is paid at $10 per hour. The clinical team brings over 40 years of combined ABA experience.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification with the BACB.
• Prior ABA experience.
• Availability schedule confirmed with our placement team.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
