About The Position

Clarvida is hiring a Behavioral Health Technician to provide one-to-one behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and young adults ages 2–24 in home, school, and community settings across Pennsylvania. The role supports clients with emotional or behavioral challenges and promotes age-appropriate independence and stability. Guided by a Behavioral Consultant, the technician follows personalized treatment plans involving behavioral interventions, skill reinforcement, and family education. The role involves working directly with clients and caregivers to reduce dependence on services while promoting culturally competent, recovery-oriented care.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain Pennsylvania Act 33, Act 34, and FBI clearances.
• Infant/child CPR and First Aid training, or willingness to complete the training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-to-one behavioral health services to youth ages 2–24 in home, school, and community settings.
• Follow treatment plans designed by the supervising Behavioral Consultant.
• Promote age-appropriate functioning and skill development.
• Set clear boundaries to reduce dependency on services.
• Provide parent training and caregiver support.
• Offer culturally responsive, trauma-informed care.
• Travel daily and document client progress.
