Clarvida is hiring a Behavioral Health Technician to provide one-to-one behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and young adults ages 2–24 in home, school, and community settings across Pennsylvania. The role supports clients with emotional or behavioral challenges while promoting age-appropriate independence and stability. Guided by a Behavioral Consultant, the technician follows individualized treatment plans that may include behavioral interventions, skill reinforcement, and family education. The work involves partnering directly with clients and caregivers to provide culturally responsive, recovery-oriented care and help individuals build skills that support greater independence. Candidates who have not yet obtained FBI or PA Child Abuse clearances may potentially begin work as a BHT Associate while completing the remaining requirements to transition into the Behavioral Health Technician role. Qualified candidates may be able to start within approximately eight days of their interview. Travel to client locations is required. The position is part-time and pays $19.50.
