Clarvida is hiring a Behavioral Health Technician to provide one-to-one behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and young adults ages 2–24 in home, school, and community settings across Pennsylvania. The role supports clients with emotional or behavioral challenges while promoting age-appropriate independence and stability. Guided by a Behavioral Consultant, the technician follows individualized treatment plans that may include behavioral interventions, skill reinforcement, and family education. The position involves working directly with clients and caregivers to provide culturally responsive, recovery-oriented care and help individuals build skills that support greater independence. Candidates who do not yet have the required FBI and PA Child Abuse clearances may be eligible to begin as a BHT Associate while completing the remaining requirements. Qualified candidates may potentially start within approximately eight days of their interview and transition into the Behavioral Health Technician role after completing the requirements. Travel to client locations is required.
