About The Position

Cranial Technologies is seeking a Regional Traveling Occupational Therapist for a full-time position based out of Sacramento, CA. This role involves traveling throughout Northern California clinics to treat infants with plagiocephaly (flat head syndrome) using the DOC Band® and correct ear shapes with the EarWell®. The position is in a pediatric clinical outpatient setting, working exclusively with infants. This is a unique opportunity to specialize in a non-traditional, niche area and treat patients in a child-friendly, state-of-the-art clinic. Clinicians are considered experts in the evaluation and treatment of plagiocephaly and misshapen ears, developing strong relationships with families throughout the treatment process. The company hires from various backgrounds, including PTs, OTs, Registered Nurses, and Certified Prosthetists and Orthotists, valuing their diverse experiences. A formal training program with mentoring is provided, making pediatric experience preferred but not necessary.

Requirements

• Licensed OT
• 500 hours of basic orthotic fitting experience with off-the-shelf orthotic devices (e.g. splints, braces, maternity belts)
• Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
