About The Position

Tarantino Properties is seeking a Regional Supervisor for its affordable housing operations in Houston, Texas. Tarantino Properties is a full-service real estate company founded in 1980 that provides property management, brokerage, leasing, and renovation services for commercial, residential, and senior living properties throughout the United States. The Regional Supervisor provides leadership and support to on-site teams across a designated region. The role includes inspecting properties, mentoring on-site managers, supporting annual budgeting, monitoring financial and operational performance, and overseeing maintenance issues and capital improvement recommendations.

Requirements

Experience as a Regional Manager in the multifamily industry.
Knowledge of HUD and LIHTC.
Proficiency with OneSite property management software.

Nice To Haves

Affordable housing program certifications such as COS, CPO, TCS, or HCCP.
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and support to a region of on-site team members.
Conduct monthly on-site inspections of properties within the designated region.
Consult with and mentor on-site managers to identify improvement opportunities, provide solutions, and monitor outcomes.
Work with Community Managers to prepare annual operating budgets.
Monitor budget control.
Complete monthly financial reviews to ensure operational and financial goals are met.
Monitor property maintenance issues and recommend capital improvements as needed to maintain community market position.
