Regional Supervisor- Affordable Housing
About The Position
Tarantino Properties is hiring a Regional Supervisor for its Affordable Housing team in Houston, Texas. The company is a full-service real estate firm specializing in income-producing properties and providing property management, brokerage, leasing, and renovation services across commercial, residential, and senior living properties throughout the United States. The Regional Supervisor leads and supports onsite team members across a designated region, visits properties, mentors Community Managers, and oversees budgeting, financial reviews, maintenance issues, and recommendations for capital improvements.
Requirements
- Experience as a Regional Manager in the multifamily industry.
- Knowledge of HUD and LIHTC.
- Proficiency with OneSite property management software.
Nice To Haves
- Affordable housing program certifications such as COS, CPO, TCS, or HCCP.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and support to onsite team members across a region.
- Conduct monthly onsite inspections of properties within the designated region.
- Consult with and mentor onsite managers to identify improvement opportunities, provide solutions, and monitor outcomes.
- Work with Community Managers to prepare annual operating budgets.
- Monitor budget control.
- Complete monthly financial reviews to ensure operational and financial goals are met.
- Monitor property maintenance issues and recommend capital improvements as needed to maintain community market position.
