About The Position

The Regional Sales Execution Specialist (RSES) is an autonomous, outcomes-oriented regional operator who translates regional growth strategy into coordinated, measurable execution. The role independently assesses priorities, establishes the operating cadence, and turns high-level objectives into weekly seller plans and field actions that increase physician engagement and accelerate growth. Working across Sales, Field Marketing, Legal, Operations, and participating practices, the RSES drives execution through operating discipline, sound judgment, and cross-functional accountability rather than administrative task support. The RSES owns regional pipeline execution, roadshow and event strategy, deal readiness, contracting coordination, post-event conversion, and performance insights. The role is the primary regional liaison to Field Marketing and builds relationships with new signers and physician advocates. Success is measured by increased physician-facing seller capacity, improved pipeline progression, faster and more predictable contract cycles, stronger conversion from strategic events, and sustained improvement in regional execution. This position supports the Southeast Region, covering Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Tennessee, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama. It is suited to someone comfortable working remotely or from home, with regional travel as required, up to 50%.
