Regional Sales Execution Specialist, Remote

Aledade PBC•Nashville, TN
•$72,000 - $96,500•Remote

About The Position

The Regional Sales Execution Specialist (RSES) is an autonomous, outcomes-oriented regional operator who translates regional growth strategy into coordinated, measurable execution. Supporting the Southeast Region (FL, GA, SC, TN, AR, LA, MS, and AL), the RSES independently assesses priorities, establishes the regional operating cadence, and turns high-level goals into weekly seller plans and field actions that increase physician engagement and accelerate growth. The role is remote/work from home, with regional travel as needed. Working across Sales, Field Marketing, Legal, Operations, and participating practices, the RSES designs and drives the execution model that enables sellers to spend more time building physician relationships. The role uses judgment to prioritize opportunities, identify execution risks, improve processes, and determine actions to advance prospects and deals. It owns regional pipeline execution, roadshow and event strategy, deal readiness, contracting coordination, post-event conversion, and performance insights, and serves as the primary regional liaison to Field Marketing. Success is measured by increased physician-facing seller capacity, improved pipeline progression, faster and more predictable contract cycles, stronger conversion from strategic events, and sustained improvement in regional execution. The RSES leads through influence, operating discipline, and cross-functional accountability rather than administrative task support. Aledade PBC is a public benefit corporation focused on empowering independent primary care and supporting practices, health centers, and clinics in value-based care. The company describes its culture as collaborative, inclusive, remote-first, and committed to public health.
