About The Position

The Regional Sales Execution Specialist (RSES) is a strategic regional operator who translates regional growth strategy into coordinated, measurable execution. The role independently assesses priorities, establishes the operating cadence, and turns high-level objectives into weekly seller plans and field actions that increase physician engagement and accelerate growth. Working across Sales, Field Marketing, Legal, Operations, and participating practices, the RSES designs and drives an execution model that gives sellers more time to build physician relationships. The role uses judgment to prioritize opportunities, identify execution risks, improve processes, and determine actions needed to advance prospects and deals. The RSES owns regional pipeline execution, roadshow and event strategy, deal readiness, contracting coordination, post-event conversion, and performance insights. The role is the primary regional liaison to Field Marketing and builds relationships with new signers and physician advocates. Success is measured through business outcomes such as greater physician-facing seller capacity, improved pipeline progression, faster and more predictable contract cycles, stronger strategic-event conversion, and sustained improvements in regional execution. This autonomous, outcomes-oriented role leads through influence, operating discipline, and cross-functional accountability. The role supports the Lakes & Plains Region, encompassing TX, OK, MO, IA, MN, WI, IL, IN, KY, and MI. It is suited to someone comfortable working remotely from home and traveling as required.
