About The Position

The Regional Sales Execution Specialist (RSES) is an autonomous, outcomes-oriented regional operator who translates the regional growth strategy into coordinated, measurable execution. The role independently assesses priorities, establishes the operating cadence, and turns high-level objectives into weekly seller plans and field actions that increase physician engagement and accelerate growth. Working across Sales, Field Marketing, Legal, Operations, and participating practices, the RSES creates and leads the execution model so sellers can spend more time building physician relationships. The RSES owns regional pipeline execution, roadshow and event strategy, deal readiness, contracting coordination, post-event conversion, and performance insights. The role identifies execution risks and opportunities, improves processes, advises regional leadership, and serves as the regional liaison to Field Marketing. It also activates relationships with new signers and physician advocates to build local momentum. Success is measured by business outcomes such as increased physician-facing seller capacity, improved pipeline progression, faster and more predictable contract cycles, stronger conversion from strategic events, and sustained improvement in regional execution. The position supports the Lakes & Plains Region, encompassing TX, OK, MO, IA, MN, WI, IL, IN, KY, and MI. It is suited to a candidate comfortable working remotely or from home, with regional travel as required.
