About The Position

2020 Companies is partnering with Faraday Future Robotics to hire a Regional Sales Director for the Southeast Region. This direct-hire role is based remotely and carries full ownership of the region’s development pace, market priorities, team design, P&L, and ROI. The Regional Sales Director determines which ecosystems to prioritize and how to allocate resources according to regional market conditions. A reference team model includes four vertical Key Account Managers (Education, Events & Hospitality, Industrial, and Public Safety & Security), a PAR Development Manager, and a Pre-Sales Application Engineer (FAE); the director decides the actual team composition, hiring sequence, and resource allocation. The role includes leading the regional team, setting individual and team targets, conducting performance reviews, managing CRM lead routing between direct KAMs and PAR partners, and reporting regional performance to the monthly Sales Steering Committee. The director also develops business cases for further regional investment based on demonstrated ROI. Extensive travel within the assigned region is expected. The stated compensation includes a $150,000 base salary, sales commission based on individual performance, and group commission based on regional team performance. Estimated OTE is $255,000, with actual earnings dependent on performance and the applicable commission plan.
