2020 Companies•San Jose, CA

About The Position

2020 Companies is partnering with Faraday Future Robotics to hire a Regional Sales Director for the West Region, based in El Segundo and San Jose. The director has full ownership and accountability for the region’s development pace, progress, ecosystem priorities, team structure and hiring, P&L, and ROI. The role determines which markets to prioritize and how to allocate resources according to regional conditions. The director leads the regional team, establishes individual and team targets, conducts performance reviews, manages CRM lead routing between direct KAMs and PAR partners, and reports on performance, pipeline health, hiring, and enablement to the monthly Sales Steering Committee. The role also builds business cases for additional regional investment. Extensive travel within the assigned region is expected. This is a direct-hire opportunity. Compensation includes a $150,000 base salary, individual sales commission, and group commission based on regional team performance. Estimated OTE is $255,000, with actual earnings dependent on performance and the applicable commission plan.
