About The Position

2020 Companies is partnering with Faraday Future Robotics to hire a Regional Sales Director for a direct-hire opportunity. The role has full ownership and accountability for the Texas region’s development pace, progress, ecosystem prioritization, team build-out, P&L, and ROI. The regional leader determines priorities and resourcing based on local market conditions, builds the region’s team and hiring plan, and manages the team once established. A reference team model includes four vertical Key Account Managers covering Education, Events & Hospitality, Industrial, and Public Safety & Security, along with a PAR Development Manager and a Pre-Sales Application Engineer; this model is a starting point rather than a fixed structure. The director owns regional revenue, unit sales, gross margin, and team costs; sets targets; conducts performance reviews; and arbitrates CRM lead routing between direct KAMs and PAR partners. The director reports pipeline health and hiring and enablement progress to the monthly Sales Steering Committee, escalates cross-functional blockers, and develops evidence-based business cases for further regional investment. This is a remote role based in Texas, with the regional location listed as Dallas. Extensive travel within the assigned region is expected. Applicants must be authorized to work full-time in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship. Mandarin bilingual ability is preferred. Compensation includes a $150,000 base salary, individual sales commission, and regional team commission, with estimated OTE of $255,000; actual earnings depend on performance and the applicable commission plan.
