About The Position
The Regional Program Director leads multiple behavioral health programs and their leadership teams, driving operational excellence and expanding services throughout the region. The role oversees program performance, financial management, regulatory compliance, staff development, and strategic growth to support high-quality care for the communities served.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a behavioral health-related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in behavioral health, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Meet all required Pennsylvania background clearance requirements.
Nice To Haves
- Experience overseeing mental health and/or substance use programs.
- Professional licensure; preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support multiple behavioral health programs and leadership teams.
- Develop strategies to improve quality, service delivery, and program growth.
- Ensure compliance with licensing, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee staffing, performance management, and leadership development.
- Manage program budgets, revenue, and operational performance.
- Build partnerships with community organizations, referral sources, and government agencies.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and promote positive client outcomes.
