Regional Program Director

Profound Medical•San Francisco, CA

About The Position

The Regional Program Director (RPD) leads a regional team of Program Development Managers (PDMs) and is accountable for TULSA-PRO Procedure growth across the region. This is a quota-carrying sales leadership role measured on regional procedure growth. The RPD hires, trains, and develops PDMs who build clinical champions, grow installed programs, and deliver against quota. The role partners with the Regional Business Director so each account has one plan from launch through growth. The candidate may be based in the surrounding West region, including neighboring states, provided they are located near a major airport. The role’s performance is assessed by regional procedure volume against quota; the share of PDMs at or above quota; PDM hiring, ramp, and retention; the quality and cadence of Quarterly Business Reviews in priority accounts; and forecast accuracy and CRM discipline. Profound Medical describes its mission as changing the standard of care through real-time MR imaging, thermal ultrasound, and closed-loop temperature feedback control to ablate diseased tissue with minimal side effects. The company emphasizes innovation and a collaborative, results-focused culture, and encourages applications from all qualified individuals, including people with disabilities. Applicants who need accommodations during recruitment, selection, or assessment are asked to inform Human Resources.
