About The Position

The Regional Operations Manager leads regional operations in the Houston, Texas area, driving high-performance standards and ensuring effective field operations. The role oversees installation and maintenance work, coordinates workforce planning, and supports seamless project delivery. The manager participates in project delivery meetings to track progress and address challenges, and leads teams to execute projects on time, within budget, and according to specifications. The position also involves managing personnel, vehicles, trailers, inventory, and equipment; applying Quality Management System processes and company policies; conducting project cost analysis; and assessing and reporting risks with actionable recommendations. The role collaborates with cross-regional teams and contributes to a customer-centric, innovative culture.

Requirements

Strong leadership abilities.
Proficiency in managing field installation and maintenance operations.
Ability to manage personnel, vehicles, trailers, inventory, and equipment.
Understanding of Quality Management System (QMS) processes.
Analytical skills for conducting cost analysis and estimating project costs.
Ability to perform risk assessments, report identified risks, and recommend actions.
Familiarity with relevant software tools.
