Requirements

Strong leadership abilities.
Experience or proficiency managing field installation and maintenance operations.
Ability to manage personnel, vehicles, trailers, inventory, and equipment.
Understanding of Quality Management System (QMS) processes and company-policy compliance.
Analytical skills for conducting cost analysis and estimating project costs.
Ability to perform risk assessments, report risks, and recommend actions.
Familiarity with relevant software tools.
