About The Position

Continental Battery Systems is seeking a career-minded, energetic, customer-focused, and collaborative Regional Operations Manager to contribute to a fast-paced organization and pursue professional development and career progression. The role focuses on delivering a high-quality customer experience while increasing profitable sales of company products and services. It involves frequent regional and overnight travel to client sites, branch locations, and customer meetings. The schedule is daytime hours, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-quality customer experience while increasing profitable sales of company products and services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and create customer advocates.
• Complete necessary administrative work to support the safety of branch personnel.
• Maintain close business relationships with the top 20% of clients.
• Record daily customer-related activity and call reports in the CRM, including information about quotes, orders, and customer or vendor relationship issues.
• Pursue and maintain preferred vendor status with clients.
• Learn the products carried and educate customers about products that meet their needs.
• Identify opportunities to help customers by expanding their use of company products and services.
• Adapt sales presentations for executive-level and service-level audiences.
• Maintain and replenish customer consignment products, as needed.
• Coordinate with branch managers to implement improvement processes.
• Meet regularly with the Vice President to discuss measurable and achievable sales objectives.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer transactions and compile accurate reports.
• Maintain positive customer relationships while ensuring timely collection of payment for orders.
• Provide sales reports.
• Train other personnel or prospects on mastered job processes, techniques, and procedures.
