About The Position

Continental Battery Systems is seeking an energetic, customer-focused, and collaborative Regional Operations Manager to contribute to a fast-paced organization and pursue professional development and career progression. The role focuses on delivering a high-quality customer experience while increasing profitable sales of company products and services. It requires heavy regional travel, including frequent overnight travel to client sites, branch locations, and customer meetings. The schedule is daytime hours, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

Deliver a high-quality customer experience while increasing profitable sales of company products and services, and build strong client advocacy.
Complete administrative work necessary to ensure the safety of branch personnel.
Maintain close business relationships with the top 20% of clients and pursue preferred vendor status with clients.
Record daily customer-related activities in the CRM, including calls, quotes, orders, and customer or vendor relationship issues.
Maintain knowledge of company products and educate customers about products that meet their needs; identify opportunities to expand use of company products and services.
Adapt sales presentations for executive-level and service-level audiences.
Maintain and replenish consignment products for customers as needed.
Coordinate with branch managers to implement improvement processes.
Meet regularly with the Vice President to discuss measurable and achievable sales objectives.
Maintain accurate documentation of customer transactions and compile accurate reports.
Maintain positive customer relationships while ensuring timely collection of payment for orders.
Provide sales reports.
Train other personnel or prospects on mastered job processes, techniques, and procedures.
