About The Position

Continental Battery Systems is seeking a customer-focused, collaborative Regional Operations Manager to contribute to a fast-paced organization. The position focuses on delivering a high-quality customer experience while increasing profitable sales of company products and services. The role involves frequent regional travel, including overnight trips to client sites, branch locations, and customer meetings. Hours are daytime, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

Deliver a high-quality customer experience and increase profitable sales of company products and services.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, including relationships with the top 20% of clients, and cultivate customer promoters.
Complete administrative work necessary to ensure the safety of branch personnel.
Record daily customer-related activity and call reports in the CRM, including information about quotes, orders, and customer or vendor relationship issues.
Pursue and maintain preferred vendor status with clients.
Maintain knowledge of company products and educate customers about products that meet their needs; identify opportunities to expand customer use of company products and services.
Adapt sales presentations for executive-level and service-level audiences.
Maintain and replenish consignment products for customers, as needed.
Coordinate with branch managers to implement improvement processes.
Meet regularly with the Vice President to discuss measurable, achievable sales objectives.
Maintain accurate documentation of customer transactions and compile accurate reports.
Maintain positive customer relationships while ensuring timely payment collection for orders.
Provide sales reports.
Train other personnel or prospects on mastered job processes, techniques, and procedures.
