About The Position

The Regional Operations Coordinator supports day-to-day operations across multiple client locations and serves as a key resource for Regional Managers, Regional Coordinators, and site teams. This role coordinates operational reporting, quality and compliance activities, procurement, staffing, equipment, and administrative processes while helping identify issues, improve processes, and maintain consistency across regions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED with relevant operations, facilities, administrative, or related experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in operations, administration, facilities management, procurement, or related service environment.
  • Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple locations, priorities, and deadlines independently.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze operational information and identify trends.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to effectively coordinate with managers, employees, clients, vendors, and corporate departments.
  • Ability to handle confidential employee, financial, client, and operational information appropriately.
  • Ability to travel between assigned locations as required.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s Degree in a relevant field.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting multiple locations, regions, or operational teams.
  • Microsoft Certifications.
  • Experience with Smartsheet, JAMIS, EVPRO, and procurement systems.
  • Knowledge of procurement, Purchase Order, compliance, and reporting processes.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate regional operational and administrative activities, including reports, trackers, action items, site needs, and cross-functional follow-up.
  • Monitor quality-control inspections and operational performance; identify trends and deficiencies, maintain accurate EVPRO/Smartsheet reporting, and coordinate corrective actions.
  • Support safety and compliance requirements, including employee training records, incidents, corrective actions, impacts, and applicable company, client, union, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate procurement and Purchase Order activities through JAMIS, including PO creation, receiving, tracking, billing discrepancies, budget support, and RTX account requirements.
  • Coordinate equipment maintenance, repairs, replacements, supply needs, and vendor services to support site operations.
  • Support regional staffing and onboarding activities by coordinating requisitions, tracking vacancies, and partnering with Regional Managers, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Site Management.
  • Track client compliments, complaints, and service concerns and support Regional Managers with corrective actions, client meetings, inspections, and operational reviews.
  • Administer the 32BJ portal for assigned Connecticut union locations and maintain required employee, site, and compliance information.
  • Serve as a primary resource for Regional Coordinators by providing process guidance, troubleshooting support, training, and coordination with corporate departments.
  • Identify recurring operational challenges and help develop standardized processes, tools, and resources that improve consistency and efficiency across regions.
  • Support new site start-ups, transitions, expansions, and other regional initiatives as required.
